to join our team in Waterlooville. The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, effective team leadership, and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the nursing and care teams to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Provide clinical leadership and undertake clinical duties as required (mixture of clinical and non-clinical shifts).
Assess, monitor, and evaluate the individual needs of residents to ensure person-centred care.
Ensure full compliance with
CQC regulations
and all company policies and procedures.
Lead and facilitate change within the home, driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Participate in the on-call rota and support the management team with staffing and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records using
digital care planning systems
.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
with an active
NMC PIN
.
Minimum
2 years of nursing experience
, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficient IT skills, with experience in digital documentation systems.
Forward-thinking, dynamic, and enthusiastic about making a positive difference in care delivery.
Fluent in
English
(written and verbal).
