As Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to lead our large and dedicated team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the hotel, restaurant, bar, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the samexe2x80x94from hosting private parties and coordinating weddings to delivering a top-notch dining and hotel experience. About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong restaurant management experience in a fresh food environment
Bring hotel operations knowledge with a focus on exceptional guest service
Be confident in planning and delivering events, both large and small
Have experience leading and motivating large teams, with a keen focus on training and development
