Precious People was formed in 1998 and is a childcare company providing 2 Before and After school clubs caring for children attending the schools, we are located on school site and have excellent working relations with the school family and all that use our club.we thrive on positivity and guarantee the highest quality of care for all of our children and families.we have an excellent hardworking team of staff who help enhance Precious People be the great company it is.We provide all training to help enhance the roles off all staff.We include the children in all of our planning and day to day running of the club, all persons who use our club are treated and respected equally.

Job description

We are looking for a qualified to level 3 or above in childcare who is an enthusiastic and caring person to take on the The Role of the Deputy manager for our Before and Afterschool club during the afternoon sessions,the role would entail being responsible for the day to day running of the club, being able to lead a team of staff and supporting them within their roles within the club.

The Deputy manager would have to ensure that the setting its one whereby we offer the children a stimulating, happy and safe environment and work closely with both staff and children to deliver an exciting timetable of activities catering for all ages.

The Deputy manager must be able to communicate with all that use our club and retain all information confidentially

All relevant training such as safeguarding, DSL,First aid, food hygiene and others are provided through the company.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: 16.20 per hour
