Holme House is a family run care home based in Gomersal, Cleckheaton. The home provides accommodation for up to 68 people with residential, nursing and dementia care needs. The home has three distinct units over three floors.

We are looking for a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager with home management experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager to work for a family-run care provider. You will be joining a caring, compassionate organisation whose primary aim is to ensure a high standard of life for the elderly in our care.

Responsibilities for Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager:

Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance their quality of life. Deputise in the overall management of the care home as required. Maintain clinical excellence - promote high standards of nursing care, ensuring legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines are followed. Oversee the induction of all new employees and participate in the training development of the team. Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends, social workers, GPs and other visiting professionals. Requirements for the Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager: Must be an experienced Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager A Strong leader with excellent management qualities CQC legislation knowledge Must be a Registered General Nurse Must have a valid NMC pin Must have the right to work in the UK Experience of working in a care home with EMI or similar environment Evidence of professional development over the last 1-2 years Evidence of further clinical training over the last 1-2 years Up to date DBS preferable

Pay: 24.00 per hour
