Job Title: Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - Nursing Home - Mansfield NG21

Salary: 27.80ph + 10% Quarterly Bonus | Full-Time Days | NMC PIN Essential

Location: Mansfield NG21 (Must live within 20 minutes commute)

Shift Pattern: 7am-7pm (3-4 days/week including alternate weekends)

### About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our CQC-rated nursing home in Mansfield. This pivotal role combines clinical leadership with operational management, offering 27.80/hour plus 10% performance bonus paid quarterly.

### Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership to nursing teams in our elderly care/nursing home

Ensure CQC compliance and maintain excellent care standards

Manage medication rounds, care plans and clinical audits

Support the Home Manager with day-to-day operations

Lead staff training and clinical supervision

Drive quality improvements in resident care

### Essential Requirements:

Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

3+ years as Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead in UK nursing homes

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance

Proven ability to lead teams and manage elderly care services

Must live within 20 minutes of Mansfield NG21
