Deputy Manager - Clinical Lead

to join our team at Nightingale Nursing & Care Home, located in the heart of Edwinstowe (NG21 9PA).

In this vital role, you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered to our residents. You will lead by example, drive clinical excellence, and play a key part in developing our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong clinical leadership across the home Oversee the creation and implementation of

Person-Centred Care Plans

Conduct meaningful

One-to-One

sessions with residents Promote high-quality dementia care Support staff development and promote best practices Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements:

Essential:

Valid NMC registration -

RGN, RMN, or RNLD

Minimum

3 years' experience

in a Senior Caring role within a residential or nursing home Experience with

Person-Centred Care Planning

and dementia care Strong communication and leadership skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Preferred:

RGN

qualification

2 years' experience

in a similar Deputy or Clinical Lead role Experience conducting one-to-one person-centred sessions
