Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with the overall running of the home.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the nursing and care team.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee clinical practice, care planning, and medication management.
Provide hands-on nursing care when required.
Act as a role model, promoting best practices in all aspects of care.
Requirements:
valid NMC pin.
Strong clinical background with proven leadership ability.
Previous Deputy Manager experience preferred, but candidates ready to step up will also be considered.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting residents' wellbeing.
