Deputy Nursery Manager

to join our team in Hanwell for our delightful Pack Away Nursery.

This role supports the Nursery Manager, with additional hours and leadership available for career progression in the future to support the Nursery Owner stepping back.

We are very well served with both buses and trains to us.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage nursery staff and daily operations Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes (EYFS) Support children's development and well-being Build strong parent partnerships Oversee administration, budgeting, and resource management Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety regulations

Requirements

Level 3+ childcare qualification

o Previous leadership/managerial nursery experience

EYFS knowledge, safeguarding & SEND expertise Experience with Ofsted inspections ("Good" or "Outstanding") Eligible to work in the UK
