Deputy Nursery Manager - Addlestone, Surrey

We're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly team in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15).
This is your chance to help shape something truly special -- a brand-new nursery opening soon! We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy who can bring energy, leadership, and EYFS expertise from day one. This is a predominantly floor-based role to start.

Salary: 33,000 - 34,000 per year / up to 17.00ph (depending on experience and qualifications) Hours: 38.5-40 hours over 4 days, shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm Contract: Full-time, Permanent, All Year Round

Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and leadership Ensure full compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards Create inspiring learning environments for children Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the local community Contribute to the smooth running and development of the setting

About You:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare Previous Room Leader or Deputy Manager experience Strong leadership and communication skills Passionate about high-quality Early Years education Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standards Eligible to work in the UK
