The Role - Deputy Manager

As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Nursery Manager to lead the setting and deliver outstanding childcare every day.

You'll:

Assist in the overall management of the nursery Lead, mentor and develop the staff team Ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards are consistently met Build strong partnerships with families and provide excellent customer care Lead by example, creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment
Requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant, minimum) Proven leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting Paediatric First Aid & DSL (preferred - training available if needed) Strong record of CPD and professional growth Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills A genuine passion for early years care and education
