We are seeking a dedicated

Deputy Manager

to take on a unique

room-based leadership role

The Role:

As our Room-Based Deputy Manager, you will:

Lead your room team in delivering high-quality EYFS provision Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and best practice standards Monitor and evaluate room performance for compliance and improvement Mentor and support practitioners, fostering professional growth Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies Assist the Nursery Manager with audits, planning, and staff rotas Champion safeguarding and child protection across the setting

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education Experience in a senior practitioner or deputy role Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements Confident team leader with excellent communication skills Passionate about early years education and committed to best practice Calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
