We're looking for an inspiring and confident

Deputy Nursery Manager

to help lead our team and continue building a magical environment where children can grow, play, and thrive.

What You'll Do:

Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery Lead, motivate, and support our amazing team Build strong, caring relationships with children, families, and colleagues Create fun, engaging learning experiences indoors and outdoors Step in as Acting Manager when needed

What We're Looking For:

? A

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)

? Experience in a

senior or management role

within childcare
? Strong understanding of

EYFS

and

safeguarding

? A positive, proactive, and supportive approach
