Deputy Nursery Manager.

The Deputy Manager role will:

Support the Manager in all aspects of the nursery/OSC setting. Including recruitment, training and management of staff.
You must be able to manage the setting in the absence of the manager.
To ensure that all children/families who attend the setting receive high quality care.
Plan and organise stimulating play experiences which meet the children's individual needs and to support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Ensure the nursery is compliant with Ofsted guidelines.
Liaise between the staff and manager.

The role requires a minimum of a level 3 in childcare and experience in the early years sector is essential.
