Job Description
You will be responsible for helping to lead and manage the nursery provision on a day-to-day basis.
As Nursery Deputy, you will implement and ensure:
High standards of care and education according to Ofsted and EYFS standards
Compliance with all regulatory requirements
Essential qualities include:
Strong leadership and communication skills as well as good business skills and a clear understanding of child protection, early years care and education issues
Commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life
A warm and positive approach with lots of creative ideas
Essential qualifications and experience include:
You will need to be qualified to a level minimum level 3 in Early Years/ childcare
Essential Skills and Abilities for a Deputy:
Good verbal & written communicator
Good leadership skills
Good organisational skills
Pay depends of qualification and qualification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year
