What you'll do:
Lead daily service operations and provide expert guidance on operational, clinical and safeguarding issues Manage and support the team through line management, supervision, and professional development Drive recruitment and implement practice guidelines to uphold service excellence Build strong external partnerships and champion inclusive, accessible services that reach disadvantaged communities What you'll bring: Experience supporting mental health or therapy services, with a confident, compassionate approach Natural leadership and people skills to guide and energise a diverse team Sound judgement in complex safeguarding and risk situations A passion for equity, inclusion, and collaborative working with partners
