Deputy People Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Deputy People Business Partner to work within our established People Operations team at UHNM. This vacancy has 1 x Full Time (37.5) hours position and 1 x Part Time (15 hours) position, please state in your supporting information which you are applying for.



To assist the People Business Partner in taking a lead role in driving forward the Trust's agreed People agenda specifically with regard to employee relations for medical and non-medical personnel. The Deputy Human Resources People Partner will also be given lead responsibility for specific corporate and strategic Human Resources objectives.



To work with People Directorate colleagues to contribute to the delivery and implementation of operational Employee Relations objectives outlined within the People Strategy and Annual Delivery Plan.



Provide high quality advice on all HR issues across the organisation, and working with the People Business Partner ensuring there is the best people management practice, including workforce management and development and employee relations in all designated areas.



With People Business partner act as an effective "business partner" providing high quality advice and challenge to influence improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness of Care Groups and coaching managers to improve their leadership and people management skills.



To act as a role model within the People team and for the team both within the trust and externally, demonstrating the trust values at all times. To develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation including at the senior level.
