Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to support our pharmacy operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients. the ideal candidate must be a team player and a willingness to develop our services to meet the needs of the community. This role requires effective communication abilities and proficiency in IT systems relevant to pharmacy management. As a Deputy Pharmacist Manager, you will support the Manager and Team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications

-Support the team for service delivery, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor pharmacy policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new medications, and changes in regulations affecting pharmacy practice.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

- To undertake activities that support the Manager to deliver strategic objectives to maximise the profit and potential of the business.

- Take on Management Activity in the absence of the Manager

Skills

- Strong background in patient care and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent Leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions

- Proficient in pharmacy software systems

- Willingness to utilise pharmacy skills and knowledge to develop services to meet the needs of the community
