About the Role:

Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations Assist with maintaining CQC, GDC, HTM01-05, and other regulatory standards. Ensure infection control protocols are followed. Help maintain documentation such as audits, COSHH, risk assessments, and training logs. Ensure seamless patient journeys, working closely with clinicians and treatment coordinators Resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Support the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service. Monitor patient feedback and assist with improvements. Monitor treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow-up. Support financial reporting and KPIs if delegated by the manager. Provide cover and leadership in the absence of the Practice Manager. Contribute to staff meetings and improvement initiatives. Be proactive in suggesting operational efficiencies. Opportunity to be involved in business development, patient engagement, and process improvement

Who We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of compliance (CQC), cross-infection control, and best practices Strong organisational and communication skills. Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams. Patient-focused with a calm, professional approach. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and supporting a growing practice Previous experience in a lead nurse, senior nurse, or deputy management role is a plus but not essential Knowledge of dentally dental software - desirable
