We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the organisation, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in human resources. Customer care experience is highly desirable as it will enhance our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Duties

Assist the Practice Director and Head Nurse in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. Supervise reception team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Manage banking and accounts Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Collaborate with veterinary team to ensure the highest standards of Patient and client care are maintained. Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Prepare reports for management regarding operational performance and staff development.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a managerial role. Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate the front of house team. Experience in account management, including daily cash reporting. Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures. Veterinary experience is preferred but not essential; however, a passion for animal welfare is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
