Since opening in 2023 with its first cohort of Year 7 students, the academy has already built strong foundations and is now on an exciting growth journey.



With a brand-new, state-of-the-art permanent building under construction set to include modern sports facilities, landscaped outdoor areas, and dynamic learning spaces the academy will expand year on year until it reaches full capacity as a 900-place school. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as

Deputy Principal

and help shape the next chapter of our academy's journey. We're looking for an experienced leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and who shares our vision of delivering exceptional education for all.


You'll be responsible for:



Leading curriculum planning and development across the academy Managing timetabling to support effective teaching and learning Supporting staff to deliver high-quality lessons and raise outcomes Championing student wellbeing, inclusion, and achievement Working closely with the Principal and SLT to ensure smooth operations
