This role will require applicants to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and/ or Disclosure Scotland. What you\'ll do:Monitor and enhance all food and beverage standards, ensuring they meet both client and Sodexo\'s expectations.Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and food service delivery.Oversee cash management, banking and Sodexo systems entries, demonstrating your capability in financial acumen.Implement promotions in line with current market trends and brand expectations, utilising the Sodexo Retail portal for planning.Monitor food hygiene and health and safety standards, in compliance with HACCP procedures.Take responsibility for the operation of all cash and non-cash handling systems.Assume line management of all supervisors and shift leaders, demonstrating your leadership skills. What you bring:Strong literacy and numeracy skills with computer literacy.Proven leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Demonstrated ability to solve problems analytically and implement innovative solutions.An attitude of continuous self-development with excellent time management and organisational skills.A high level of self-motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Possession of Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Certificates.Flexibility in your approach to work and willingness to work variable hours.Desirables:Barista trained, a relevant qualification in functional specialities such as catering or facilities management, and knowledge of Safer Recruitment would be advantageous.What we offer: Circa \xc2\xa328,500 DOE + Excellent benefits packageWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it\'s a chance to be part of something greater.
