Roosters Restaurant requires a Deputy Manager who will assist in the ongoing responsibility for the financial success of the department, promoting the business, managing work schedules/administration/leadership/practical tasks and providing service delivery that exceeds guests' expectations.
Help in Recruitment, training, development and rotating team members
Timely stock ordering and organisation.
Strong communication and leadership skills. Leading by example enables your team to engage and work with you to show their full potential. Also ensuring paperwork is maintained and appropriate to daily requirements.
Have working knowledge of basic computer programs and be able after training to use the reservation system to maximise profits
Have the ability to take telephone reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
To deputise for the Bar food manager in their absence.
At busy periods or covering for holidays / sickness additional hours may be required.
