Location:

Unit 4, The Bermuda Trade Centre, Hamilton Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7RA.

Hours per week:

14 hours a week, over 2 days (Saturday and Sunday)

Salary:

9,085.44 (24,011.52 FTE).

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly and supportive team in Nuneaton!

Our amazing Deputy Managers oversee all aspects of the business, helping to guide and support our valued team of volunteers while ensuring customers are provided with an exemplary shopping experience.

If you have a passion for retail and would like to use your skills within a charity that supports older people across the Coventry & Warwickshire area, then this may be the role for you!

You will have:

The ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with the Re-Use team. Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 15kg. Excellent customer services skills. An open and adaptable approach to change and be able to support others through it. The ability to manage time under conflicting priorities. Able to work periods by yourself in the shop. IT literacy and numeracy skills.

Ideally you will also have:

The ability to understand and establish successful retail processes. Experience in a customer facing role.

Additional Information

We cannot accept applications from candidates under the age of 18 as the successful candidate will be required to work on their own in the shop without the aid of other staff.

Please note that a DBS check is required for this position for working with volunteers under the age of 18.
