We're currently looking for a Deputy Room Leader to join our caring, creative, and passionate team.
Your Role as Deputy Room Leader:
As Deputy Room Leader, you'll support the Room Leader in delivering outstanding care and education for our little ones -- while also developing your own leadership skills in a nurturing and encouraging environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Room Leader in planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities
Leading the room in the Room Leader's absence
Guiding and inspiring a team of early years professionals
Building strong, loving relationships with children and families
Supporting care routines like feeding, nappy changes, and sleep
Observing and tracking children's progress to support their development
Promoting a fun, inclusive, and safe environment where children thrive

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
