Deputy Room Leader (Toddler Room 2 Years and 5 Months- 3 Years 2 Months)

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, qualified practitioner.

(Hours 8am-6pm 4 or 5 days a week)

As a Deputy Room Leader, you will be a vital part of our team, utilizing your core skills in childcare, nursery experience, and early childhood education to provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with both children and parents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a supportive atmosphere. With premium skills in management and leadership, you will assist the Room Leader in overseeing daily operations and guiding staff members. Your relevant skills in English and driving will further enhance your ability to support the team and contribute to the overall success of our childcare program. Duties:
- Provide engaging, fun, safe stimulating activities for children and assist the team leader in managing daily operations and tasks
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the team leader to develop and implement strategies for achieving goals
- Assist in training new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00-14.35 per hour
