We're looking for a

Deputy Room Leader

who:

Is genuinely passionate about early years education Has solid experience working in an early years setting Is confident in supporting the Room Leader and stepping up when needed Delivers high-quality care and engaging learning opportunities Acts as a positive role model for young children Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Maintains high standards in both practice and professionalism Works well as part of a supportive team Can get involved, sing songs, explore messy play, and bring learning to life Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a can-do attitude every day
