We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Deputy Room Leader
to join our team at our nursery in DA16. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong childcare experience who is passionate about early years education and looking to take the next step in their career.Responsibilities:
Support the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the room Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children Lead by example and support junior staff Help plan and implement age-appropriate activities Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (Essential) Proven experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Good communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for working with children
