We're looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our amazing team at our residential service called Sunnywell, based in Cudworth, Barnsley.

At Millennium Support, we enable the People We Support to live a fulfilled life in the community. We specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs to become more independent.

This role will involve working closely with our Service Manager, and Team Leaders to deliver a safe and person-centred environment that fosters development and positive outcomes for both the People We Support and the People We Employ.

Developing people -

Supporting team members in their professional development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

Maintaining a safe and compliant environment by adhering to legal, policy, and procedural requirements.

Financial efficiency -

Aiding the Service Manager in forecasting and budgeting activities.

Representing us in the community -

Building and maintaining effective relationships with external partners, enhancing our relationships with external professionals

We're looking for someone with the following key qualities;

CQC savvy

- Someone can support Sunnywell to deliver on CQCs expectations and compliance.

- We need a strong individual who is not afraid to contribute to a solution regardless of the obstacles that may occur.

Inspiring

- We think someone who gets a buzz from seeing others around them grow and reach their potential is essential for this role.

A team player

- We need a collaborative person who is passionate about working with others, external and internal professionals (including MDTs).

Cool as a cucumber

- The ability to handle difficult conversations in a highly pressured environment is super important for this role.

Money Smart

- We need someone who can effectively guide and manage finances to make sure every penny is well spent.
