Flavour Vapour Ltd are looking for an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in our EXETER store!

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Knowledge of vaping and the vaping industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

At Flavour Vapour Ltd, we pride ourselves on great customer service and product knowledge, so candidates will be expected to give detailed examples of dedicated customer service, should they be offered an interview after successful application for the employment role offered.

Experience in retail environments is essential, with aspects such as stock control, merchandising and leading a team by example extremely important to a successful application. The successful candidate must help the Store Manager uphold basic standards, such as facing up, topping up and consistent display and promotion upkeep.

Candidates must have knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as this type of data is analysed on a regular basis to promote store and employee efficiency at all times. However, at Flavour Vapour Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a company that prefers to develop and retain employees rather than dismiss them if further training may be required to improve performance.
