We have an operations and logistical warehouse in Colchester boasting as much as 120,000 square feet.
We need a responsible ,friendly and hardworking deputy manager for our tile & bathroom showroom in Hanworth. You will support the store manager motivating our teams and inspiring our customers..
You will be responsible for a range of duties including managing the sales team, looking after and growing our trade base and designing tile & bathroom layouts for retail and trade customers.
You will be results driven and support the manager achieving sales and KPI targets by training, inspiring and coaching a team to deliver.
We are after people with strong leadership skills and a positive "can do" attitude.
Some knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.
