Job Description

Take personal responsibility to maintain own continuous professional development and safe work practice. You will be required to demonstrate leadership and supervision of others carrying out all aspects of the caring process. In the absence of team leaders, you will be expected to deputise and take charge of the given area of your expertise. You will be expected to help maintain high standards of practice and act as a role model to your team.
