To take accountability for relevant sections of the support services workload in the areas of course bookings, finance and business development. To provide guidance, support and training to more junior staff members working in relevant business areas. Working alongside the team leader and other senior management members grow and develop efficient and consistent processes amongst the team. To become the support service expert in the designated business areas with appropriate support and training. Have areas of accountability and projects to manage in relation to improved process and efficiencies in the relevant business areas.
This will include (and is not limited to):
Proven experience in operational support, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure the highest possible level of administrative support in keeping with the ethos and strategy of the Company is being delivered consistently;
Ensure the organisations' Human Resources requirements are delivered, including: Recruitment, Induction and mandatory training programmes, maintain HR databases and prepare reports in relation to HR compliance is operationally delivered with the guidance and framework provided;
Support operational delivery of the deployment of the organisation's resources; equipment and workforce to best achieve organisational objectives;
Ensure the delivery of the finance function utilising the organisations' accounting system to maintain company accounts to a high standard;
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate various projects within the team as required
