Deputy Team Manager Cahts (bsw)

Melksham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Are you dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people? Do you thrive in roles where you can deliver impactful, short-term interventions that make a real difference? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a committed and compassionate individual to join our full-time CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Service (CAHTS). This opportunity involves providing intensive, personalised mental health support to children and young people in crisis. Our service is built around the i-Thrive model and follows the nationally recognised Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team clinical framework, ensuring that accessibility, responsiveness, and excellent care are at the heart of everything we do.

Covering the wider BWS area, you'll be based within one of our core CAMHS teams but will have the flexibility to work across different bases to meet the evolving needs of the service. There's also the option for some home working when clinically appropriate, allowing you to balance hands-on care with adaptable working practices.

If you're dedicated to improving care for young people experiencing mental health difficulties and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, this is the role for you.
