Job Title: Deputy Timeshare General Manager



Reporting to: Timeshare General Manager



Salary:

36- 40,000 (Based on 39 hours)

Main Purpose of the Role




Assist the Timeshare General Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the timeshare service level agreement, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth communication with owners, and compliance with company policies. Act as a secondary point of contact for owners and provide leadership support to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities



Support the General Manager in overseeing housekeeping and maintenance standards. Conduct regular property checks and report findings for improvement. Assist with pre-arrival communications and ensure timely responses to owner inquiries. Represent owners' interests when liaising with internal teams and external partners. Provide operational guidance to staff and promote a safe work environment. Participate in property improvement projects and renovations. Monitor guest feedback and social media for service enhancement opportunities. Attend LOC Committee meetings as required and prepare reports or updates. Collaborate with Finance on budget tracking and cost control. Maintain knowledge of club rules, constitution, and compliance requirements. Step in for the General Manager during absences to ensure continuity of service.

Key Skills & Attributes



Experience in hospitality, timeshare or property management, at no lower level than a supervisory role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead by example and motivate teams. IT proficiency and adaptability to new systems. Commitment to exceptional guest service and sustainability. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
