Job Description

This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Sponsorship can only be provided where applicants meet the specific requirements set by UKVI, including the relevant skill and salary thresholds, and any role-specific criteria. To support the ward sister in the effective management of the area. Inaddition the post holder will provide nursing leadership within this area,ensuring an effective quality nursing service, with responsibility forstandards of nursing care and patient safety in conjunction with theward sister.

They will be responsible for some audits that are regularly done, expected to maintain high standards within the ward environment , and lead in the absence of the ward sister along with 2 other deputies. Please see the attached for further details
