Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Design Co-Ordinator to support our creative team in delivering exceptional design solutions across multiple projects. The successful candidate will support the current Design Manager in the design process, from conceptualisation to final execution, ensuring that all work aligns with brand standards and client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the visual direction of our organisation while fostering a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
Support the Design Lead and wider project team, providing guidance and digital support including document control aspects
Support wider teams with digital software with document control and Power BI solutions
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee CAD Design drawings
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed to support project execution.
Experience
Proven experience in a design/architectural role within a creative or architectural environment.
Experienced in BIM and Revit Modelling
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Architecture or construction related field is highly desirable. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovative design who thrives in a fast-paced team environment dedicated to excellence.
