What you'll do

Working within the YTL Construction team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the management of the design during the pre-construction and construction stages.



Your responsibilities will include:


monitoring and commenting on design information to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, regulations and best practices ensuring the design management function delivers design information promptly to meet delivery programme requirements monitoring the design programme liaising with the client team, stakeholders and consultants supporting and leading design team meetings supporting project-specific accreditation and approval processes identifying risks and opportunities within the design ensuring all Designers understand and comply with their duties under the Construction Design & Management Regulations identifying and capturing design value drivers through value management collaborating with and supporting the broader project team.

What you'll need

We're looking for someone who has:


a proven background of working on major projects with a main contractor technical knowledge of the design and construction processes relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture or a relevant technical design discipline experience using Viewport (formerly 4Projects) experience using technical design tools or software packages (Autodesk AutoCAD) and Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).

A valid driving licence is required for this position, as the role will be site-based.
