About the role

We are looking for a Design & Costing Engineer to join our growing team at Bellsure. This role is about more than drawings and numbers -- it's about creating value. By turning architectural ideas into practical, buildable, and costed solutions, you will play a direct role in shaping our product range, driving innovation, and helping us stand out in the marketplace.

You'll combine technical design skills, commercial awareness, and a hands-on approach to deliver bespoke structures and shelters that delight our customers and strengthen our business.

What you'll do

Interpret architectural drawings and customer requirements. Produce detailed CAD drawings and technical specifications. Prepare accurate and commercially viable costings. Support prototyping and help bring new products to market. Work with suppliers to source the best materials and components. Ensure designs are practical to fabricate and efficient to install. Collaborate with customers, fabricators, and the wider team to deliver outstanding results. Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

What we're looking for

Design flair with CAD skills, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. Strong technical and engineering mindset with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods. Strong commercial awareness - able to balance cost, quality, and feasibility. Proactive, energetic, and resilient - thrives in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on problem solver with initiative and ownership mentality. Minimum 2 years' experience in CAD and the building industry. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship required. Willing to attend both Andover and Gloucester offices, ideally based in Andover. Working hours 7.30am to 4.30pm
