We currently have an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled

Design Engineer

to join our innovative design team. You'll take ownership of new product development from concept to completion, improve existing products, and provide technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine product concepts using SolidWorks and CAD tools. Create prototypes, select materials, and oversee testing. Manage projects through to production, ensuring cost, quality, and compliance targets are met. Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless product introduction. Produce detailed technical and manufacturing drawings. Support continuous improvement of existing products.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in design engineering (furniture industry desirable) Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks essential) Innovative thinker with attention to detail Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with prototyping, testing, and compliance standards HNC/HND or degree in Design Engineering or related discipline
