Qorvo's
Design Engineering Internships
are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
Contribute to design of antenna switches and impedance tuners using Cadence and ADS tools
Help analyse measured and simulated data to find root cause of observed behaviours.
Work as a member of a team to contribute design schematics, simulations, and real lab data
Work with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters to compare simulated data to real lab data
Assist in product evaluation for customer samples
Qualifications:
Currently studying for BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
RF and/or analog design course work preferred
Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred
IC design software exposure preferred
Strong collaboration skills
Self-Starter with good communication skills
Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
