The Vacancy

This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

We're looking for an expert Design Lead to drive leading and innovative outcomes in physical customer experience in our workplace environments across our property portfolio. As design champion, you will be accountable for ensuring our spaces are high-performing, human-centred, sustainable, and future-ready whist considering our heritage.


You will shape the environmental design direction for refurbishments, guiding how workplaces are planned, specified, and delivered to support productivity, wellbeing, flexibility, and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for driving and leading innovative outcomes in physical customer experiences and environments.


The ideal candidate brings a strong background in architecture or interior design, and can influence at a senior level across the full project cycle, from feasibility and concept through delivery and post-occupancy evaluation.
