We're partnering with a global leader in flexible workspaces to recruit a Design Manager to lead the design and concept development of new centres across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic design thinking with operational execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
You will develop scalable design standards, create new centre concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate roll-out. The role involves managing internal and external stakeholders, supporting partners with design queries, and ensuring every space is brand-consistent while delivering operational and commercial impact.
The requirements of the role are
:Background in design, ideally with architectural experience Proven ability to balance creativity with operational scalability Strong commercial awareness to assess design impact on profitability and brand perception Experience managing internal and external stakeholders Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive, self-starter mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
