Reds10, an award-winning offsite construction company, is looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our dynamic team in our London Bridge HQ. We design and deliver high-quality, sustainable buildings for the public sector and this role will work within our Education team.

Your Role & Impact:


Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations and industry standards. Lead and oversee the design process, from proposals to construction. Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution. Drive innovation, keeping up to date with the latest design technologies and processes.




What We're Looking For:


Strong technical knowledge of construction / manufacturing practices Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
