Salary: Circa 70'000 per annum plus company car allowance

The Design Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading design consultant activities and ensuring timely delivery
- Chairing design reviews and managing interface meetings
- Ensuring compliance with contract and quality standards
- Managing design schedules, reporting, and document control
- Supporting change management and assurance processes
- Strong experience in both construction and design
- Minimum 12 months in a design consultancy or temporary works role
- Understanding of Principal Designer duties and ERIC principles
- Ability to deputise for the Project Manager when required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
