Are you an experienced design professional with a passion for construction?




We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Design Manager

to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key player in the preconstruction and construction stage, you will be responsible for managing all design aspects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Your main tasks:



Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects, ensuring that designs meet the project's objectives, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed design solutions and resolve design-related issues. Oversee and manage the design team, providing guidance and support to junior designers and other team members. Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Manage project risks related to design and propose solutions to mitigate issues. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the design aligns with the overall construction strategy. Conduct regular design reviews and meetings with stakeholders to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Your profile:




You have proven experience as a Design manager or a similar role within the construction industry.

Your assets?



Strong understanding of design processes, design regulations and construction techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams internally and externally. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and within scope. Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Appetite for learning and gaining experience. A degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
