Design Manager - Scotland (Tier 1 Contractor - Confidential Client)

We're working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor seeking a Design Manager to join their growing Scottish team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical and coordination skills to support projects across both tender and delivery stages.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate design across pre-construction and live projects
Ensure designs meet safety, compliance, and buildability standards
Work closely with consultants, internal teams, and the supply chain
Support the Senior Design Manager with strategy and delivery
Maintain change control and regulatory compliance

Ideal Candidate:

HNC/HND or degree in construction, engineering, or architecture
Experience in design management, project delivery, or technical coordination
Knowledge of CDM, construction regulations, and stakeholder engagement
Confident working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
