Design & Marketing Executive
37 hours per week
Circa 29,000 per annum
Horsham, West Sussex
Are you an experienced, creative marketing professional with a passion for impactful design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Design & Marketing Executive to join our team at Saxon Weald. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how we communicate with both internal and external audiences, through engaging campaigns, well-crafted publications, and vibrant digital content. You'll help bring our brand to life across print, web, video, and events, ensuring everything we produce is on-brand, inclusive, and aligned with our values. From producing brochures and publications, to helping manage and maintain website content, your work will contribute towards our purpose of 'enabling positive life chances by providing safe and secure homes'.
To be successful in this role you will need:

• A Level 3 (or higher) design or marketing qualification or equivalent
• To be experienced in creative design and using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• Be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and within budget constraints
• A collaborative approach, able to engage with colleagues across all areas.
• Strong IT and digital skills, able to analyse data and use it in a proactive way, to make sound judgements.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach, to be self-motivated, solutions orientated, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
