The Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic
Design, Marketing & Promotion Lead
to oversee brand, communications, and marketing campaigns. This role is suited to someone who can combine creative flair with commercial awareness -- ensuring every output strengthens brand identity and drives measurable engagement.
You'll manage campaigns that promote programmes, partnerships, and social initiatives, while ensuring all platforms and materials reflect our energy, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead brand, marketing, and communications strategy.
Oversee all creative and design assets across digital and print.
Plan and deliver multi-platform marketing campaigns.
Manage social media, website, newsletters, and PR output.
Support partnership and fundraising campaigns with visuals and storytelling.
Ensure all communications align with brand standards and organisational values.
Analyse engagement data and optimise marketing funnels to attract leads.
About You
Extensive experience in marketing, communications, or creative brand management.
Confident leading campaigns from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics, and brand positioning.
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior creatives.
