We're a leading supplier of landscaping and outdoor living products, known for our design-led approach and strong partnerships across the gardening sectors.

We're looking for a creative and versatile

Design & Media Assistant

to join our marketing team in Doncaster. This full-time role blends design, digital content, and media production with PR and communications support. Working closely with the

Senior Design Co-ordinator

and

Head of Marketing

, you'll help bring our brand and products to life across digital, print, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities



Design & Creative Production:

Develop visual content for digital and print, including brochures, presentations, social graphics, and branded materials.

Digital Media:

Create and edit content for social media, websites, and email campaigns, including short videos and animations.

Social Content Planning:

Plan, schedule, and manage social media activity to ensure regular, engaging, and consistent output across all platforms.

Website & Content Management:

Support updates and ongoing improvements to company websites.

Photography & Video:

Capture and edit photography and video content showcasing products, projects, and brand stories.

PR & Communications:

Assist in drafting press releases, coordinating media opportunities, and supporting communications campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and report on the performance of digital and social content to help inform future activity.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Campaign Support:

Contribute to the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, and trade events.

Digital Awareness:

Keep up to date with trends, tools, and techniques across design, social media, and digital marketing to help drive creativity and innovation.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in graphic design, digital media, or creative content production.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Understanding of PR, social media, and digital content best practices.

Experience in social media planning and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar).

Comfortable interpreting analytics and using insights to improve content performance.

Excellent visual and written communication skills.

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Confident communicator who can collaborate well with colleagues and external partners.

Experience with photography, video editing, or motion graphics (desirable).

Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 19,000.00-24,000.00 per year
