HG Offsite Solutions are a modular bathroom POD manufacturer, working with our parent company HG Construction to deliver quality and reliable goods across the UK.

Due to continuous expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Office Assistant to join a small office-based Design team in a market leading bathroom pod company.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The role is primarily administrative, supporting our Design Team throughout the design and construction phase of projects. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in manufacturing who wants to gain hands on experience in the inner workings of a design and manufacturing office.

Responsibilities:

Support the Design Team in developing and recording project information Prepare drawing packs and documentation to be used during production Research products and processes relevant to the project design Compile sign off packs with data sheets, drawings and schedules Compile handover information and O&M packs following the construction phase General admin tasks relating to the development and production of the bathroom pods

Requirements:

Previous office experience is required; an understanding of drawings would be beneficial but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong written and verbal skills Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
